Chardonnay
Intensely aromatic with notes of lemon curd, honeysuckle and white rose petals. Crisp acidity is balanced with subtle French oak on the palate. Flavors of ripe melon, lemon and baked brioche combine for a long, elegant finish in this 2019 wine.
Ultrarich and extracted, offering a firm core of pear, apple, melon and spice flavors. A truly impressive effort, with depth and dimension. Drink now through 2022.

Aging: 35% new Oak is primarily American and Hungarian oak, with a little bit of French. The Hungarian oak mimics French with spicy character and the American rounds it out with a sweeter finish.
Alcohol: 14.50%
California- Buttery, apple like flavors with hints of honey, vanilla, and oak highlight this Chardonnay. Full-bodied with a lingering creamy finish allow this to pair well with oysters, chicken and veal. Certified Sustainable.
Riesling
James Suckling-Alsace, France- ""A spicy nose that has a fresh edge of lemon and grapefruit pith, as well as some flinty nuances. The palate has a very lemony and dry feel. Nice, crisp finish.
California- This Riesling features a bouquet rich in butterscotch and apricot aromas. It is medium-bodied with moderate acidity and a great mouth feel. A versatile wine to run the gambit from Caesar salad to devils food chocolate cake. Certified Sustainable.
PINOT GRIGIO
Displays hints of white peaches and Asian pear supported by floral notes of Jasmine flower contrasting against tropical aromas of mango, pineapple, and citrus notes of key lime and lemongrass.
Upfront, fresh and crisp character leads to a bright mid-palate where an underlying perception of sweetness contrasts mineral notes on the finish and an expression of ocean air influences.
When Oyster Bay won gold at for its Sauvignon Blanc at the 22nd International Wine & Spirit Competition in 1991 in London, with the estate's first vintage, the success was immediate, and has spread here as well. While Marlborough is the mecca for Sauvignon Blanc, Hawke's Bay is Pinot Gris's playing field. This is a lively white offering great aromatic definition. Lemon, white peach, pear, flowers and herbaceous notes make up the supple and harmonious mouth.
Friuli, Italy - The Friuli Colli Orientali region in Northeastern Italy is ideal for creating this elegant terroir driven wine with more flavor and a crisp finish. Bright aromas of white peach, pear and spring flowers open up to a mouthfilling fruity and mineral texture.
PINOT NOIR
Wine grapes have been planted in Sonoma County since the first European settlers arrived. In 1812, Russian immigrants began planting vines along the coast. In the 1820s, Spanish monks planted vines as they built their missions. In 1855, Hungarian Agoston Haraszthy founded Buena Vista, which bills itself as California’s first premium winery, still in operation today.
California- This beautiful Pinot Noir carries aromas of tobacco, dark red fruits and fresh berries. The rich cherry flavor is complemented by notes of cedar, raspberry and strawberry. Enjoy with turkey, salmon or beef dishes.
The palate is marked with stunning fruit flavors of lush wild blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry with undertones of roasted hazelnut. Brilliant crimson in color, Raeburn Russian River Valley Pinot Noir leads with pleasing aromas of baking spice and vanilla. The finish is graceful and sophisticated.
ROSE

Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa, CA- A terrific expression of the power and flavor that has made Napa Cabernet so famous. Beautiful black cherry and red berry flavors carry through to the velvety finish. While primary Cabernet, this blends in small portions of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
Evokes Notes Of dark Fruit Like Blueberries And Blackberries Culminating In Dusty Tannins. This wine brings to the fore aromas and flavors of ripe, red fruits and mineral notes. Pair it with slow-roasted lamb shanks.
The Tasting Panel-North Coast, California - ...Spiced red fruit develops well across the palate as frisky notes of plum pudding, cocoa, heather, and sweet tobacco combine with rounded tannins and balanced acidity.
CHAMPAGNE
