+ When can i check-in?

Guests are able to check-in at 4:00pm.

+ When do i need to check-out?

Check-out is at 11:00am, guests can request a late check-out with a $100.00 fee.

+ Where can i park?

Parking is valet only. Overnight is $60.00 + tax. Daily parking is available (0-4 Hours $20++, 4-8 Hours $40++). Nearby self-parking is available for vehicles taller than 6" 6'.

+ What is the smoking policy?

The Statler is a 100% non-smoking facility. A $250 fee will be assessed to anyone breaking this policy. This does include vaping.

+ Can i bring my pet?

We are a pet-friendly hotel We require a $75.00 non-refundable pet deposit, per pet, and a 25lb. weight limit, per pet.

+ How many guest rooms are in The Statler?

We have 159 guest rooms and suites that include premiums and presidentials.

+ Does Waterproof have a dress code?

To enhance the experience of our guests, we ask that you refrain from wearing athletic attire, excessively casual or baggy clothing, ball caps, apparel with explicit language, or transparent and overly-revealing clothing.

We reserve the right to deny entry to any any guest that does not adhere to the dress code above.

+ Where is the guest pool located?

The Statler Pool, a relaxing resort-style pool, is located on the 4th floor rooftop and is accessible from the 3rd floor. It is for both hotel guests and our residences. The hours are Daily from 8 am - 11 pm.
