+ When can i check-in?

Guests are able to check-in at 4:00pm.

+ When do i need to check-out?

Check-out is at 11:00am, guests can request a late check-out with a $100.00 fee.

+ Where can i park?

Parking is valet only. Overnight is $55.00 + tax. Daily is $25.00 + tax. Nearby self-parking is available for vehicles taller than 6" 6'.

+ What is the smoking policy?

The Statler is a 100% non-smoking facility. A $250 fee will be assessed to anyone breaking this policy. This does include vaping.

+ Can i bring my pet?

We are a pet-friendly hotel We require a $75.00 non-refundable pet deposit, per pet, and a 25lb. weight limit, per pet.

+ How many guest rooms are in The Statler?

We have 159 guest rooms and suites that include premiums and presidentials.

+ Does Waterproof have a dress code?

+ Where is the guest pool located?

The Statler Pool, a relaxing resort-style pool, is located on the 4th floor rooftop and accessible from the 3rd floor. It is for both hotel guests and our residences. The hours are Daily from 8 am - 11 pm.
