chardonnay
Intensely aromatic with notes of lemon curd, honeysuckle and white rose petals. Crisp acidity is balanced with subtle French oak on the palate. Flavors of ripe melon, lemon and baked brioche combine for a long, elegant finish in this 2019 wine.
Ultrarich and extracted, offering a firm core of pear, apple, melon and spice flavors. A truly impressive effort, with depth and dimension. Drink now through 2022.
Aging: 35% new Oak is primarily American and Hungarian oak, with a little bit of French. The Hungarian oak mimics French with spicy character and the American rounds it out with a sweeter finish.

California- Buttery, apple like flavors with hints of honey, vanilla, and oak highlight this Chardonnay. Full-bodied with a lingering creamy finish allow this to pair well with oysters, chicken and veal. Certified Sustainable.

riesling
James Suckling-Alsace, France- ""A spicy nose that has a fresh edge of lemon and grapefruit pith, as well as some flinty nuances. The palate has a very lemony and dry feel. Nice, crisp finish.
California- This Riesling features a bouquet rich in butterscotch and apricot aromas. It is medium-bodied with moderate acidity and a great mouth feel. A versatile wine to run the gambit from Caesar salad to devils food chocolate cake. Certified Sustainable.

When Oyster Bay won gold at for its Sauvignon Blanc at the 22nd International Wine & Spirit Competition in 1991 in London, with the estate's first vintage, the success was immediate, and has spread here as well. While Marlborough is the mecca for Sauvignon Blanc, Hawke's Bay is Pinot Gris's playing field. This is a lively white offering great aromatic definition. Lemon, white peach, pear, flowers and herbaceous notes make up the supple and harmonious mouth.

Wine grapes have been planted in Sonoma County since the first European settlers arrived. In 1812, Russian immigrants began planting vines along the coast. In the 1820s, Spanish monks planted vines as they built their missions. In 1855, Hungarian Agoston Haraszthy founded Buena Vista, which bills itself as California’s first premium winery, still in operation today.
